1. Scope
The present terms and conditions (Terms) govern the relationship between you as a customer and Pathworks GmbH, Nidfeldstrasse 5, 6010 Kriens (hereinafter Pathworks) for purchase of hardware and software and related services. The delivery area is limited currently to Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein.

2. Conclusion
Your order reaches us in writing, via internet, phone or fax. Upon receipt we will send you an order confirmation or invoice. The specification of the order confirmation / invoice is a binding contract. Occurring to any deviations are telling us about your order immediately. Pathworks reserves the right to pass on price changes or product changes by the manufacturer to the customer. A withdrawal from the contract is possible only with our written consent. Here are the following amounts due for payment: Until 90 days before the scheduled delivery date 10%, to 60 days 20%, to 30 days 30% within 30 days before scheduled delivery and 40% after excretion to supply 50% of contract value.

3. Prices and Payment
The agreed prices are exclusive of shipping product, advanced recycling, insurance and installation costs. These costs will be calculated separately. 4. Delivery / Times

5. Return of products

6. Warranty
Pathworks does not warrant the products it supplies. The customer is only entitled to a warranty of the manufacturer, which is right to assert this or that of the designated sites. The customer may request the assignment of Pathworks possibly belonging to the latter warranty claims against third parties, and such claims by the customer at his own expense and risk to be asserted. Further claims by the customer are excluded. 7. Damage

8. Software
The conditions concerning the use of Pathworks delivered software products, programs, manuals and other documents addressed to the specific requirements for a software manufacturer, which in particular are included in the software license agreement between software producers and users / end-user.

9. Privacy Policy
Their data exposed in the course of handling the business relationship of electronic data processing: Pathworks comply with the provisions of the Federal Law on Data Protection.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
It applies the laws of Switzerland. The validity of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (CISG) is excluded. Jurisdiction is Kriens. For disputes arising from consumer agreements for customer complaints, the court at the domicile or headquarters of a party responsible for the actions of Pathworks court at the domicile of the defendant. Consumer agreements submitted contracts for services for personal or family needs of the customer are determined. For customers with a foreign residence or place of business Kriens is that the exclusive venue for all legal proceedings, subject differently denominated binding law.

11. Final Provisions
Pathworks reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Should any of these terms are invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
